Introduction & Acceptance.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Otaleven website at https://otaleven.info (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Otaleven, a nutritional supplement studio registered in Jakarta, Indonesia (“Otaleven”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing the Site or placing an order for Otaleven products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms are subject to revision. The revision date above reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be indicated by an updated revision number. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance.
Products & Classification.
Otaleven products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories.
Otaleven products are formulated for adult men and are intended to complement a balanced diet. They are nutritional food-supplements designed to complement a varied diet and to support dietary variety in adult routines.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
Ingredient profiles in Otaleven supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. The declared quantities on each Otaleven label are confirmed by independent analysis prior to batch release.
Orders, Delivery & Returns.
Order Placement
Orders placed through the Site or via direct correspondence with the Otaleven team constitute an offer to purchase. Otaleven reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance is confirmed by a dispatch confirmation. Pricing is stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or as otherwise specified at checkout and is subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Otaleven is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, or other factors outside its direct control. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon dispatch. Delivery address errors provided by the purchaser are the purchaser’s responsibility. Otaleven retains a batch lot record for every order dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of nutritional food-supplements, returns of opened units cannot be accepted for resale or redistribution. Unopened units in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within fourteen calendar days of delivery by contacting [email protected] prior to returning. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is the result of a confirmed dispatch error or a quality issue confirmed through batch record review.
Intellectual Property & Limitations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, formulation descriptions, visual identity elements, images, and structural design — is the property of Otaleven or its content providers and is protected under applicable Indonesian and international intellectual property law. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Site content without express written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, Otaleven’s liability in connection with any purchase or use of the Site is limited to the value of the order in question. Otaleven is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or Otaleven products.
Otaleven products are nutritional food-supplements for adults. They are formulated for adults aged 18 and over. Persons with known dietary considerations should consult a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before use, and the stated daily serving should be followed.
Site Availability
Otaleven makes reasonable efforts to maintain Site availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, hosting issues, and other technical factors may cause temporary unavailability. Otaleven is not liable for losses arising from Site downtime.
Governing Law & Contact.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
